Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
Egypt is our country of domicile.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in Egyptian Pound or United States $ (Dollar).

Delivery/Shipment Policy

ConnecME will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Egypt.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
The nature of the services offered by www.ConnecME.com do not include any offer of shipping. The services on offer are for attendance of your registered course.
Confirmation of accrued services will be done so by e-mail which will contain unique ID and unique signature .

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Replacement: if the original email is misplaced, or accidentally deleted, please contact us by writing to : [email protected] and one of our service representatives will contact you – after confirming your identity- another email will be issued.

Registration Cancellation Policy: If, after registering, you are unable to attend the registered course, you may cancel your registration and receive a full refund, less a $5 processing fee, by notifying ConnecME Education in writing of the cancellation Refunds should be requested by emailing [email protected] and we will refund you through the Original Mode of Payment.
